MyIntealth is an integrated, online environment for accessing services offered by Intealth and its divisions. A MyIntealth account is required to request and use any of our services.
Through MyIntealth, users can establish and maintain accounts, request services, manage payments, and retrieve important messages.
Access MyIntealth User Guides & ResourcesMyIntealth services are divided between two different account types: applicant accounts and entity accounts.
An applicant account is for physicians:

If you used ECFMG’s former Online Services (for example, IWA, OASIS, or the EPIC Physician Portal), your account has been transferred to MyIntealth. When you create your login for MyIntealth, which consists of a user ID (email address) and password, be sure to use your email address of record with ECFMG. Using your email address of record (the email address that was associated with your former ECFMG Online Services account) will link you to your transferred account in MyIntealth. Due to changes in process for requesting some services, some existing applicants will be required to repeat certain parts of an application/request process, such as resubmitting medical education credentials or completing our identity verification process. When you log into MyIntealth, you will have the opportunity to complete any steps required to access our services.
Through its ECFMG division, Intealth offers a variety of services for international medical schools, medical regulatory authorities, U.S. graduate medical education (GME) programs, U.S. state licensing authorities, credential verification organizations (CVOs), and other organizations. If you are a representative of an organization that is interested in using Intealth services, please contact us. We will assist you with the process and collect the necessary information about your organization and the individuals who should be set up as authorized Users of the service(s) in MyIntealth.
If your organization already uses our services and you would like access to those services in MyIntealth, please reach out to the MyIntealth Coordinator at your organization to request access. The Coordinator for your entity has the ability to add new authorized Users of services in MyIntealth.
